		<description>I wonder whether peanuts should be excluded from the list of nuts.  Are they really not good for you?
By definition, many other &quot;standard&quot; nuts aren&#039;t really nuts either, according to this man: http://www.boston.com/news/science/articles/2006/10/30/are_peanuts_really_nuts_i_say_theyre_not/ including cashews, pistachios, and almonds.</description>

		<description>Tried the cottage cheese pancakes this morning and they were a disaster. I couldn&#039;t find soy flour so I substituted arrowroot flour. Not sure if that made all the difference (it is only a tablespoon) but they just wouldn&#039;t cook like pancakes. They didn&#039;t look like pancakes either. They mainly tasted like eggs (what little I could eat). 

Also had a lot of trouble making the crepes for the enchiladas. If anyone has successfully made these two items please let me know how you did it.</description>
